WEGOOD

The WalkGood Yard, our creative wellness studio, offers free/donation-based wellness classes 6 times a week, ranging from yin to beginner friendly yoga and meditation. Beginning April 2026, WeGood is WalkGood LA’s latest program addition.

BREATHEGOOD

Welcome to BreatheGood, a monthly donation-based wellness program in Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area.

BreatheGood is a free community yoga and wellness in the park series designed to be welcoming, accessible, and grounding for attendees of all experience levels. We create a supportive environment where community members can reconnect with themselves and with one another.

BreatheGood is open to all ages. We encourage you to bring your family, friends, loved ones, and children.

RUNGOOD

RunGood is the fastest-growing run club in LA, offering space for every pace and age, including walkers.

March-September, RunGood is hosted every Wednesday at The WalkGood Yard. We welcome first time runners, seasoned runners and walkers alike.

Marathon training is offered October-March.

Open to all ages and backgrounds.

Welcome to YouGood?, a monthly men’s healing circle held at Crenshaw Family YMCA.

Open to all ages and backgrounds, this experience allows attendees to engage in honest and vulnerable conversation in a safe space, while also making space for guided movement, meditation and other wellness practices. If you'd like to bring your son to YouGood Gyal?, we welcome it.
