BREATHEGOOD
Welcome to BreatheGood, a monthly donation-based wellness program in Kenneth Hahn State Recreation Area presented by WalkGood LA.
WalkGood LA hosts BreatheGood once a month to offer free community yoga in outdoor public spaces designed to be welcoming, accessible, and grounding for attendees of all experience levels. We create a supportive environment where community members can reconnect with themselves and with one another.
BreatheGood is open to all ages. We encourage you to bring your family, friends, loved ones, and children.
EARLY ARRIVAL is highly suggested to account for entry into the park. We also kindly request that all attendees embrace the full experience by refraining from excessive tardiness. Thank you for your mindfulness and timeliness ☺️

CHECK-IN PROCESS
Upon arrival, the WalkGood LA team will help you check-in. Our check-in process is simple:
1) We will scan your QR code (sent to provided email upon RSVP) or look up your name.
2) We will verify receipt of your signed waiver. If you have not signed a waiver, you may sign one upon check-in!
If you have signed a waiver for any previous WalkGood LA experience in 2025/2026, you do not need to sign another waiver.
FOR FIRST TIME PARTICIPANTS: Everyone must sign a waiver to enter the space and participate, including waivers signed on behalf of minors. Please sign the correct waiver prior to arrival.
To ensure a smooth check-in process, please have your QR code ready and have your waiver signed beforehand!
Program RSVP's are not required for minors, but you must sign a waiver for each minor.

OUR ASKS: We recommend that you arrive early to account for parking time, walking to the location, and check-in. If you want the full BreatheGood experience, show up with plenty of time to get settled in. We recommend wearing comfortable and flexible clothing. Please bring your own water and yoga mat. We will have a handful of spare yoga mats, but they go quickly! Have your QR code ready to scan upon check-in.Yoga is for everyone, so come as you are!

BreatheGood is located in Olympic Forest, the Northwest area of Kenneth Hahn, off the La Cienega entrance.

If you are lost, enter these coordinates into your map to find us.
You can park in the lot located off the La Cienega entrance. You may walk through the Japanese Garden and down the hill to the BreatheGood location. Parking at Kenneth Hahn is $10. We draw large crowds, so please arrive early to avoid any long car lines into the entrance for parking. Do not park at Stoneview Nature Center.

GirlTREK & NBA Total Health All-Star Walk

Join the NBA and GirlTREK on Sunday, February 15, 2026, for the second NBA Total Health All-Star Walk presented by Evernorth Health Services. We’ll gather at Edward Vincent Jr. Park to tip off a two-mile-loop and a celebration of health, wellness, and community. WalkGood LA will close out the event with their signature breath work activation that you won't want to miss. Arrive early to check in, grab your swag bag, and sign up for free skin checks with Evernorth Health Services. Light refreshments and snacks will be available to keep you fueled along the way.
Be sure to wear comfortable shoes, apply sunscreen, and bring your energy! This walk is open to everyone — families, friends, and walkers of all ages.

Each Saturday, we will come together for long runs that challenge the body and strengthen the mind. Beyond the miles, the program provides guidance on diet, recovery, and overall wellness to help you perform your best while staying healthy and injury-free. Together, we move, recover, and grow as a community, supporting one another every step of the way. For the first Saturday run of the season, we invite everyone out to meet our Saturday run captains and learn more about the training program as we collectively prepare for the LA marathon. Long runs will take us across different routes in LA to keep the scenery, terrain and miles varying.

Track Nights are where RunGood comes together to build speed, strength, and community. Whether you’re a seasoned runner or just finding your stride, this is a space to challenge yourself and grow — at your own pace, surrounded by good energy.
Each session includes a dynamic warm-up, guided interval training, and a community cool-down. Led by our run captains and supported by your crew, Track Nights help you tap into consistency, accountability, and joy in motion.
