Welcome to RunGood, the donation-based run club from WalkGood LA that celebrates all forms of movement. Wednesday, July 15th, WalkGood LA and Propel Fitness Water invite you to a special evening RunGood experience at the Yard (in the parking lot!). Meet us at 5PM.
Here's what you can expect during the special event activation:
5K community run and walk

YOUR MOVEMENT POWERS THE COMMUNITY
Propel will go mile-for-mile with the WalkGood LA community, matching each mile they run or walk with a contribution to the WALKGOOD LA IMPACT FUND.
The more runners, joggers, walkers, the more miles. The more miles, the higher the contribution. Invite your friends and family out to move for a good cause and hydrate after. Your participation directly supports WalkGood LA community initiatives for the city.
CHECK-IN PROCESS AND WAIVER
Everyone must sign a waiver to enter the space and participate, including waivers signed on behalf of each minor. Please sign the correct waiver(s) prior to arrival to ensure a smooth check-in process.
If you have signed a waiver for any previous WalkGood LA experience in 2025/2026, you do not need to sign another WalkGood waiver. However, everyone must agree to the General Activation Waiver below. Registering for this event serves as your agreement of the following terms.
General Activation Waiver
"For good and valuable consideration, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledge, including the
opportunity to take part in the "What Propels You? Run x Walk Good LA Run - Los Angeles" (the “Event”), I,
unconditionally and irrevocably agree to the following Terms and Conditions:
1. I understand that participation in or attendance at the Event involves inherent risks and dangers of accidents,
serious personal and bodily injury and property loss or damage. I understand and have considered and evaluated
the nature, scope and extent of the risks involved, and I voluntarily and freely choose to assume those risks. I
understand that the Event organizers will not provide me with any health, life, medical or liability insurance for any
loss or damage that may arise in connection with participation in or attendance at the Event, including, but not
limited to participating in a basketball game at the Event. I consent to treatment in the event of an emergency or
other incident in which, in the reasonable judgment of the on-site personnel, I require medical care.
2. I understand that the Event may be photographed, videotaped, or otherwise recorded, and I grant to Stokely-Van
Camp, Inc. (“Gatorade”) the perpetual worldwide right to use my image, voice, name and likeness (in any form and
without regard to distortions of character, form or color, or any other alteration) in photographs, videotapes,
audiotapes, and any other media or advertising (collectively, the “Materials”), without any additional consideration
to me or to any third party. I agree that Gatorade shall own all right, title and interest (including all copyrights,
renewals and extensions) in and to such Materials and I hereby irrevocably sell, grant, assign and transfer all right,
title and interest which I may have in the same to Gatorade. I shall have no right of approval and no legal claim
arising out of any use or editing of my image, name or likeness. I further represent that any statements made by
me in connection with the Event are true, to the best of my knowledge, and that neither they nor my appearance
will violate or infringe upon the rights of any third party.
3. I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, estate, insurers, successors and assigns, hereby release, indemnify and hold
harmless Gatorade and its agencies, and their respective subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders,
employees, agents and representatives, and the successors, assigns, and insurers of such entities, and any other
sponsors, advertisers, owners or lessors of premises used in connection with the Event (collectively, the “Released
Parties”), with respect to any and all claims or causes of action arising out of or relating to the Event or traveling to
or from the Event, including any claims I may have for damages for personal or bodily injury, disability, death, loss or
damage to person or property, whether arising from the negligence of any or all of the Released Parties or
otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
4. I acknowledge the need for responsible behavior while at the Event and agree that this can be expected of me. I
understand that in the event I am part of any violent or threatening conduct, abuse of the rules or failure to abide
by the direction and decisions of appointed Event staff, this shall result in my removal from the Event.
5. I confirm that I am in good health and do not have any medical condition that should prevent me from safety
participating in this Event. I agree to inform Event organizers as soon as possible of any changes to my medical
circumstances either prior to or during the Event.
