RunGood Saturdays are where the WalkGood LA Run Club builds endurance, strength, and community on the road to the LA Marathon — and beyond. Whether you’re training for 26.2, the half, the 5K or simply love the joy of running, this program is for everyone. Each Saturday, we will come together for long runs that challenge the body and strengthen the mind. Beyond the miles, the program provides guidance on diet, recovery, and overall wellness to help you perform your best while staying healthy and injury-free. Together, we move, recover, and grow as a community, supporting one another every step of the way. For the first Saturday run of the season, we invite everyone out to meet our Saturday run captains and learn more about the training program as we collectively prepare for the LA marathon. Long runs will take us across different routes in LA to keep the scenery, terrain and miles varying.
